How to use technology to help us not to harm us

Electromagnetic Fields are biologically activated. They don`t heat the body the same way as x-ray or iodionized do, but body cells react to them. It changes cell membrance function and calcium metabolism. It gradually damages the DNA. It can cause increased number of free radicals in the body, cellular stress, headaches, fatigue and sleeping disorders.

If the phone or mobile is not charged enough and the signal is not strong enough, phone emits a lot more radiation. It is the same case when you make a phone call while you are driving.

Children are affected more since their brain and nervous system is undeveloped. It can cause learning difficulty ADD and ADHD. It can cause brain hyperactivity. Therefore using mobile phone even for 2 minutes can persist to an hour in children. Unfortunately it is the same case for baby monitors.

Children from 0 to 2 years old should not be exposed to Electromagnetic Fields.

Children from 3 to 5 years old should not be exposed to Electromagnetic Fields more than 1 hour a day.

Children from 6 to 8 years old should not be exposed to Electromagnetic Fields more than 2 hours a day.

Overexposure to technology can cause cognitive disorders the same way that a head injury does like lacking social skills, physiologically sensitive

It`s oxidizing effect in brain on dopamine and serotonin occurs even before birth during pregnancy.

Pregnant women using mobile phone 2 to 3 times a day are more at the risk of having babies with behavioral problems.

Therefore although Electromagnetic Fields are everywhere around us, we can decrease our exposure in the areas within our control with our choices in our house, car or work place as much as we can.

It means don`t keep phone or mobile phone in bedroom.

Don`t put electronic alarm clock close to bed.

Don`t use microwaves or minimize its use as much as possible and in case you use it don`t stand around it while it`s on.

Unplug kitchen appliances while not in use.

Instead of wireless use wired internet and wired devices especially for children.

Use wired baby monitors.

Instead of tablet or smart phone for children let them use pc or laptop while on a defender or protector pad against radiation. Do your research before buying any pads to make sure they are effective and not just claiming something they are not.

Use earphones to talk on mobile phone.

Put on airplane mode when you don`t expect phone calls.

Practice more earthing; spend time in nature or walk without shoes at home (in case you floor is not covered with synthetic materials of course) or in the garden especially if work with electronics a lot every day.
