This book is a Must Read, not as much for the recipes (although Fabulous) but for the well compiled information it contains. The author does explain to purchase Palm Fruit Oil, not Palm Kernel Oil. There is a distinction. She has made several notations of what to buy and not to buy and that’s important, not only for your health, but for your pocketbook.
